The “Find a Provider” search functionality is provided for the use of FPN’s healthcare providers, payor clients and members to determine which healthcare providers participate in our network.  Please be aware that individual providers you select may not be available to all of our clients due to plan design, product selection or other network restrictions.  We use commercially reasonable efforts to insure the accuracy and timely update of our provider data files, however, changes occur daily and may not yet be included in the website directory.

FPN is network of participating healthcare providers.  We are not an insurance company and we do not pay health claims.  As such, FPN makes no determination regarding eligibility, benefits, or covered/excluded services.  If you have questions regarding the foregoing, please call the payor client listed on the back of the member’s card prior to receiving or rendering services.
